@@evanodriscoll930 go to www.CDIelectronics.com click on the technical support tab then click on the technical support documents then DVA charts to find your specs for your motor.

We have the same 91 6 HP and it doesn't start well.any sudgestions

Start by checking Compression and spark. If these are good then check your fuel delivery, fuel lines, primer bulb, fuel pump etc. If all is well clean the carb.

@@LivetofishOutboardRepair what should the compression be? the cylmer manual just says that the two cylinders should be close to each other but doesnt give a PSI value

@jonmetty ... Some 2 stroke motors can run with as little as 70 psi Compression but should have at least 100 psi not have more than 10% variance between the highest and lowest Cylinder to be considered healthy motors.
