This was a great, competitive series through the first 3 games but after this Pagliarulo homer the Twins simply crushed the Blue Jays in the last 2 games.

Hard to know what would have created what advantage in a situation like this but I did think supposedly with retractable roof stadiums the rule was supposedly that the home team had discretion as to whether the roof would be open or closed, though in post-season they tend to be closed more often than not.

If jimmy key had started game 1, the series would have been very different and maybe the jays could have won the series. I think it was a big mistake by Gaston not starting the series with key it is not the same being up 2-0 than 1-1 going home.
