1991 FXRS Build Series- Ep.7 Little more work done, PLUS we go Go-Karting!!

In this Episode, we get a few more things done with the #1991fxr such as risers, bars and the foot controls. However the boys take a moment away from wrenching to try out a new go-kart track that recently opened near by. Jetty and Hudson join Scott and Justin in a friendly battle as they go wheel to wheel to see who is faster. Take your bets now on who you think puts down the fastest lap. Back to the FXR, we are just a few more pieces away from getting this bike on the road, can't wait to hear that fresh EVO come to life! Again, this will be the perfect build series for someone looking to rebuild their Harley FXR, or any older Harley EVO for that point.

Did you do an alignment as that is an important part especially on the FXR model. And when adjusting the chain and belt do you find the tight spot to take your measurements?

Yes, an alignment is highly suggested and will def make the bike handle better. I never touched the motor strut links, so in theory, it should be sitting the way it did from the factory. 200 miles and it seems good. But if I ever have the opportunity to do a legit alignment, I def want to do so, I just don’t have to proper tools to do so

New oil lines ? Or original?

All original except for one of the oil filter lines that was part of the oil cooler it once had.
