Greetings from the UK Anthony. I'm glad I switched the notifications on, knowing that you would do it justice after seeing the preview. I've grown to love these Impalas, especially the '96, but it's been a long journey. Growing up in the UK our motoring press has always been dismissive of US muscle saloons, comparing them unfavourably to European offerings. But watching your videos and others it makes me realise that you have to consider their worth in the context of US culture and the blue collar appeal that even the high end Cadillacs hold. And the way you present and prepare the cars means that they can be appreciated on their individual merits, be it comfort or performance. Your enthusiasm is genuine and contagious, keep up the good work.

Love that color and how it shifts color depending on the light. Really wanted one of these when I was 15-16, back around 2000, but they were pricey. Still pricey today, values on clean ones never really dropped. Ended up buying a really nice 50k mile 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood for about half the price of what an Impala SS goes for about 8 years ago, daily drove it for 2 years. Bright red, no vinyl top, put the Impala SS wheels on it with Cadillac crests, looked pretty sporty for a big Cadillac.

@@Bruce.-Wayne But it didnt reinvent itself. The 2006 supposed Charger isnt a real Charger. Chargers only come in 2 door offerings. So if that supposed Charger wants to really be one, then it would lose the 2 rear doors. Otherwise just change the name to Coronet since those were offered in 4 doors as well as 2 doors.

Well Anthony you really made my day with presenting us this real sweetie. This is my all time favourite car 😍. I own a 96' DCM (112k) and seeing this lovely lady with 18K is so clean it makes me want to do a frame off resto on mines ASAP lol. I'd love to have another to add to the collection and these routinely go for $20K+ with this low mileage. Been a fanatic of these beasts since the age of 7 when a brand new 94 (back in 1993) blew our doors off on Leesburg Pike in northern VA and pissed my dad off. I fell in love 😍 and ain't been right since! Watching this video makes me wanna hurry up and go outside n play. I'm in MD too and these cars command more respect than all the imports and endless luxury cars out here, especially with this damn sea of crossovers smh. I'm so glad I subscribed and been waiting for you to post one of these. Someday I'm going to buy a time capsule SS from you. It's so cool that you daily a Roadmaster so you already know the deal.
