my wife had one and we just recently sold it. it was a great little car and with some slightly wider 14" tires on it it handled really well. great gas mileage didn't hurt either.

How do you tell the difference between a four-speed and a 3-speed automatic in these come with three-speed too. Also how do you check the transmission and transaxle fluids?

I love my little collection. My benz is my main trip car.. My 95 f150 fills the gap between that and the escort. My escort has 200k and after a new clutch and tweaks it runs like new. Out of the 70 some odd cars I've had this is the best set up I've had

my 1195 tercel didn;t pass smog test. Repair estimates ranged from $800 to over $3,000! youtube came aling and viola! spent about $200 for tools and chimicals to clean EGR valve and intake manifold. I now have tercel for more years...

I just turned 30 in December. Lol yea but its slowed down.. although you never know what might turn up lol. I couldn't live with out a truck. I had a ranger and sold it when I moved from san Diego to Portland and the year I had no truck was awful. Lol.. some good luck and keen eyes on craigslist got ne a 95 f150 regular cab eddie Bauer with 145k. I paI'd $3500 and dud a frw small things but been an awesome truck

Yup ive just got the tercel now, which I actually clocked at almost 38mpg last fill up and the Mercury Grand Marquis which I am trying to sell. Im saving up the money to buy something newer outright in cash, but the tercel just runs so damn good... lol
