Hey since I took this out my AC quit working what do you think I disconnected. I watched your video in that cord that's connected to the fan switch that's what came disconnected so I pushed it back in the same way you took it out thank you so much for this video it has helped me more than once now

no it wouldnt be. The 99 00 civic have a completely different unit and plugs. if i remember correct, the 99 00 civics have 3 plugs, whereas the 96-98 have 4 plugs and a cable.

@@yigitkahraman9490 Hey! Well I ended up removing everything he removed and it was not that hard. Took me a couple of hours. As for the radio I bought one in amazon which had bluetooth for 35€. You can search for Civic compatible radios and just buy one. Good luck!

I followed this steps and now my 98 Civic EJ9 wont start, crank no start. Is there anything behind this that could make that problem or does anyone has a same problem. Check engine light is on I hooked up OBD2 scanner through Honda 3 pin connector with adapter and it is giving me error that OBD scanner can’t read from ECU (like ECU has no power).

Worse than I thought. I believe I must remove my Blend Door Actuator (no front defrost) located just above the foot feed (accelerator pedal). Electrical part costs ~ C$65. I cured it though...my '98 Honda Civic DX is my summer car. My 2003 Saturn Ion is my winter car. I took off the Bevel on my Saturn and never quite got it back together🤨. I got both cars for free so I can't complain, but they are frustrating jobs!
