I'm going to say it again...I will watch whatever you post whether it be home improvements, cooking and cleaning, playing with the pets or anything else you feel up to. I love the relationship between you and your fur-babies. Max seems smitten with you and vice versa. Little Willow is just as cute as a button too. I have been trying to find a handyman to help me with some household fixes but I just can't seem to find someone who is honest and knows what he's doing. I'm very non-trusting since I've been scammed and taken advantage of before and I just hate to spend the little I have on people who just don't care how they do things.

Kisser of dogs, I know exactly what you mean because I'm in the same boat. If my knees weren't shot I could probably fix my floor myself. I'm a short, stocky 70yr & I'm afraid what will evntually happen I will go through the floor, oh what fun more pain. 🥺 I'm trying 2 nickels together to make a quarter, but so far that's not working so I guess I'll stay poor & broke, thanks to yhe scammers. 3 times they wiped me out this year 😡. Hey Girl I found you about a month ago I want you to know I watch you for YOU not the home improvement stuff altho those are nice when you said you did this to help with your depression you had me there I subbed I know how hard it is to even get up some days with depression and you are a sweet soul and that shines through on your videos this is why I watch If you need a laugh watch Marena on Fearfully created she is raising her kids and doing repairs and she is just funny I think you will relate and have a good laugh she brings me joy as you do and that is what I look for in YT channels ..You are around men all day so I know you need some kind of relief lol It is nice to meet you via YT and I am happy to bring you in my home each time you upload I am 58 I grew up in Va but I am now in Michigan so thank you for showing the beauty of my home state! The plants look nice in their new placement in the living room under the window. It is good that your room is big enough to accommodate a king size bed. I wish for a king size bed since my hubby is over 300 pounds but our bedroom is too small so we have to make do with a queen size bed. Good for you that you take a few minutes to enjoy your beautiful scenery.

I try to always clean up my kitchen as I go because I like for it to all be done asap, so I know how you feel about having a clean house. I'm so impressed by the work that you and your husband have done so far. Can't hardly wait to watch the rest of the work get done. One thing that is a constant in my mind however, is the fact that your landlord thought that mobile home was move in ready. Not trying to be negative but I'm just so puzzled by that. I remember in one of your past videos you saying when you saw it the first time you wanted to walk away. I hope your landlord is extremely thankful for all you and your husband have done and will continue to do to the mobile home. Once you leave he will be able to get a good rate for rental. Now it's truly rentable. Great job Valerie. Excited to continue watching. You are a wonderful homemaker in my opinion. I'm also anticipating you get your washer and dryer moved in soon. I thought I would give you a tip I got from Chili’s restaurant . They add milk and sugar to the boiling corn water. I use a pot the same size as yours. I add one cup of milk and 1/2 cup of sugar to your rolling boil water😁🥰. I hope you all enjoy that, we do !

Great video Valerie, I have not made meatloaf for a long time but always like the left overs for sandwiches I may have to put that on the menu soon. You have to be thrilled to have one floor and not have to climb the stairs anymore. Max sure is a sweet dog he really loves the attention!! Willow too.

Looks delicious!!! I bake my meatloaf on my broiler pan, all grease drips down into pan below. Also try using spatula to remove meatloaf from pan!! Keeps meatloaf from falling apart!!!

Several years ago, I started leaving the husks on and cooking 2 at a time for 5 minutes in the microwave (might have to adjust the cook time, depending the oven)... so flavorful and always tender. The husks and silk come right off when it's totally done. Slatter with butter and a little salt. Really delicious! Hope that works for you.

You should try making a cheddar loaf. I use Heinz 57 sauce and cheddar cheese instead of ketchup. Found it over 20 yrs ago on the back of the Heinz 57 bottle. My family won't eat meatloaf any other way. Love your content!
