Absolutely sharing your points. This, along with the Seicento, is one small car for the everyday people. No bull, no pompousness. A steering wheel, a chassis, 4 wheels, windows all around. Period.

My father had one in the 2000s. It served a family of 4, going every day in a big city traffic and weekly to the country-side. Then yearly over the mountains. Today, I have an new 100HP car which I feel very underpowered...it's not. That 41HP Tico drove us everywhere and we were happy. Sadly I took those moment for granted, they will never come back. Thank you, father.

Nice video. The Tico was extremely popular for taxi service in Peru during the 1990s and 2000s, nowadays it's extremely rare to see one of these as a taxi at least in Lima.
