Thank you for sharing 👍 The Magura's are 33's, you can tell from the red adjuster 😊 The best tool I ever bought was the largest pedal spanner from Park tool, I was also having a lot of trouble with pedals so I finally caved and paid the extra! I actually look forward to taking off pedals now because the thing has never let me down 😅

Ahh cheers for confirming, I’ve had 33s before in 2000 or 2001 but they were later model Tomacs, the lever seems quite a bit chunkier than I remember so I wasn’t 100%

I also have one... Unfortunately, 2 years ago, the right slipper broke on the rear fork... so now it's just a decoration in my room, because it would be expensive to repair it and unfortunately the paint would have to be removed from there... I really loved it 🥺

Ah dude ive been waiting for that lol…. Just want to say what a great tip with getting peddle off to put the bike back on the floor 👌….. regardin the kona bud some cracking bits on there and frame wise I personally would have write it off 😢😢

Hey dude, yeah I think I’m going to have a go at bending it back straight. Found some chunks of aluminium in my old fabrication tool box so might use them and a g clamp 🗜️

Ha well I might have pick yet another Kona up half a mile from me the other day that in waaaaay better condition! Need to work through a few more project first, but I feel like this will be a restoration rather than a restomod as apart from tyres, bars and seat it’s all pretty much original. Probably get around to it by the autumn 😅
