Your Vid Worth Millions of Views I just get the same boat 1993 Bayliner and 2.5 Engine Now im working on the engine, the first cylinder only 60 psi, others is fine This boat didnt run since 2017 Trying to replace the head gasket, manifold and riser gasket also Because i found a lot of water in side combustion chamber and some ports of manifold rusted, i think somewhere must leaking I know blowned head gasket and manifold gasket can result water inside the engine do you know any other gasket also can result water go inside ?

The exhaust riser gasket can leak water back down into the exhaust side of the manifold and then into cylinders. If it's the same as my 3.0
