The race you are about to see appear as originally broadcast and may contain imagery that is offensive and doesn't align with NASCAR's values. NASCAR has since permanently banned the display of the confederate flag at all events.

I can’t believe they went 30 laps before the first commercial. FOX would’ve already had six commercials by then.
@kjprodouctions90506 ай бұрын
Actually, they went 16 laps

@@kjprodouctions9050You’re right, but the point still stands with FOX currently

@pens87668 Well, a few times, they don't go to the first commercial until 11 laps, but yeah

"20 years of trying, 20 years of trying" Those words will always be iconic. The way they salute the car as Dale drove by the pit lane is simply majestic

It's actually is "20 years of trying, 20 years of frustration".

Dale Earnhardt was so good in this race that he was driving two cars (3 and 88).

Strange hearing Larry McReynolds on the pit box and not in the booth. Even back then, he had a voice for broadcasting.

I miss this kind of Nascar where each and every Driver grew up Racing its in they're blood nowadays the drivers got in either by they're daddies money or their Social media status yes I'm referring to you Hailie Deegan.... Anyway I stop Watching nascar after Austin Dillon won the Daytona 500 in 3 car in 2018 I found that extremely disrespectful to Dale Sr I'm glad I stop when I did because now there's stages to the races because the non race car driver drivers can't handle endurance it's pathetic Nascar will be gone forever in 2027

This video on the main NASCAR channel is eons better in 60FPS. This upload seems pointless.

This was my first Daytona 500 and it totally sucked having this Jerk win !! It was clearly FIXED !! He gets to the front and all of a sudden no one is passing for the lead! Labonte had to have been instructed not to pass him! He was clearly faster than the Jerk in the 3 car.,. Glad he’s gone!!!
