Good video, but I’d like to add a CAUTION. When removing any of these plastic bezel pieces, rest assured if you yank them or bend them in any way other than the angle they went on, you WILL BREAK THE TABS and/or splinter the plastic bezel. It is, after all, 20+ year old plastic. Proceed slowly if you don’t want to also be replacing your center console or dash bezel.

Daaang man! I was so hoping that your vid was gonna show the led swap process...! Been lookn all over utubes for it, for the digital. Got some bulbs out, want to convert to led! Is it a task, or just pop off face and replace?? Would appreciate any advice or info!! Thanx in advance

Do you need to unplug all of those parts if you are just removing the climate control unit? Can’t you just remove the 3 screws and pop it out and leave everything else plugged in?

J.R. , hi, my name's Brandon, I also have a 99 Toyota 4runner limited. I just watched your video from a couple years ago on how to remove the digital a/c & heat instrument panel. Could you please tell me where you found the LED replacement bulbs for it? I have two different sizes in mine and can't find anything on them to identify what sizes they are so I have NO idea what to order. P.S.- thank you for the instructions on removing it, that was very helpful!
