@@sean.g4516 If you don't have the rear 12V outlet you can still use the charger just a bit more work as you would need to hardwire it in. The red wire is power, the black wire is ground.

This was on 2 different trucks cause the one with gray console didn't have rear cigarette lighter plug, so they failed to show how to wire it to one of the front plugs under the ac controls. So For them it was simpler to do and show it on the tan one with rear outlet plug but they still skipped a step where you remove the lid to run the other wires. Smh nice product but overpriced

I will be purchasing this for my 2000 1500. I love the update on the charging pad to keep the phone in place. Do you happen to sell an updated pad for the 03-07 charger?

We have not changed the design of the rubber mat on the 03-07 at this time

Yes, the harness is intentionally long to allow that.

So does the charger turn off with the truck key? Or do you have to turn it off everytime u want to use it?

The charger will stay activated any time the 12V outlet is energized. If the 12V de-energizes, when it re-energizes the charger will automatically come back on.

The charger draws milliamps while in the resting state so it would take months to drain the battery. If you want to totally power it off you can press and hold the power button for 3 seconds and the charger will shut totally off.

Your phone must have wireless charging capability - the A10E isn't equipped with it.

​@@boostautopartsCan you show this on the truck with the (gray console only). The 99-02 models. how did you finish wiring it because it didn't have the rear charging port? The video skipped over that part and went to the tan one with rear charging. Also can you show how you removed the top lid, mine doesn't have any screws underneath it to remove it.

@@sean.g4516 We do not advertise fitment for this application. You would need to remove the console and route to the front 12V outlets which requires heavy disassembly of the dash.
