Cut off the rusty edges of the fender and weld a new sheet metal to replace it. Welding doesn’t even have to be perfect as long as it doesn’t have rust. Otherwise, rust will appear under the new Fender after a while. Black fits well, red may not be better. If you are painting, then paint the entire bottom of Super Duty the same color as the Explorer in the back. Definitely needs bigger tires in diameter, otherwise the rims are good with center cups.

good idea, it will need paint one day so maybe ill save it for when i repaint the whole truck.

I missed that question, on a tridrive its about $6000 CAD more for disc all around. I'm very proud of what she has accomplished.
