1999 Toyota 4Runnner - Replacing the Blend Door Actuator

My 1999 3rd gen Toyota 4Runner was stuck on Cold and making a clicking noise. Time to replace the blend door actuator / sub servo assembly!

Thanks for this! I couldn't get that scew that's up and behind. I'll try the 90º tool. I will not be defeated by a single screw!

Thank you for the video! I've been driving with a blanket the last two winters because I just thought my heater wasn't great, but I have the exact same symptoms as your 4Runner! Ordered the part and ready to finally have working heat again!👍
