He was (and always will be) a great contemporary teacher of mysticism. I am deeply grateful for having personally met him and for the training and guidance I received from him over the years of our association. Thank you very much, dear teacher, Father Keating.

For me, the great release from sin(forgiveness), arrives only as the still point. For at that place of forgiveness, le point vierge, spoken of by Thomas Merton, brings all things anew. All "things", all forms in mind, must be relinquished, seen as no longer in effect, and of zero substance except in suspension into the present by the mind. Persistence, hang-ups, lingerings, are burdens that usurp the free flowing spirit, and are the actual composition of all things not of spirit. The Christ gave us the instruction, and no other way can we become sinless or have the burdens that plague us resolve. The cross is the intersection where choice can be and is made. The cross is the Christ. Through it can we only get to the Father. All other thoughts and actions invariably lead us away and astray. No one gets to the Father but through me, speaks the Christ.
