Nah. Just people overreaching with their authority like in most fields. You can find a dictator or twelve working at McDonalds too. This one is coupled with the woman privilege aspect as well. Authorities believe them and act over little or nothing as a legit basis. All a woman got to do is say anything at all and men get manipulated. Your assertion of domestic terrorism is missing the mark. You wont see that in reality until the current establishment enacts more stringent laws on speech, privacy and monitoring.

she kicked the door in, the police went in because she invited them in her/their place. if she moved out because of a domestic issue and still have stuff there she is entitled to it. i think the question is when does a person no longer have rights to access a property when they leave on a domestic issue [ because they had a argument, fight or just need some cool off time , maybe gone for a couple of days ] WHEN do we lose our rights to come back in or enter the home ? Same day, 3 days or a week later, or a month WHEN ? she should have gotten a court order to retrieve her belongings

lol....in "submit to authority and defend it at all costs" America? That'll be the day.....this is what will happen 1) The DA, only after huge public pressure, will call a grand jury to have them decide whether to criminally charge the cops. DA's will always use a grand jury to avoid charging the police because in a grand jury, the DA has total control over how the case is presented and what evidence is submitted to the jury. In the event the Grand Jury still indicts, the DA can still claim he didn't do it, has elected judges and DA's are absolutely terrified of being labelled as "soft on crime", the Police Unions have huge political influence and will fund those ads, and enough Americans are dumb enough and reactionary enough to hear something like "soft on crime" and lose all ability to think critically. 2) The cops will receive paid vacation and if they're fired, they will sue/arbitrate with the city as per their union contract, will win the suits, and the city will be forced to hire the cops back with back pay....this happens more than you would assume, and it's almost never reported on 3)All the other cops will rally around the criminal cops, which makes them all criminals 4) America will continue to fund police at in insane rate....we already spend over $110 billion on police Every year, more than Russia spends on its entire military while fighting a war in Ukraine.....American police are literally the 4th largest armed force in the world....let that sink in. 5) Ignorant Americans will continue to be unthinking, reactionary fools, and will willingly give up their rights....."OMG....fentanyl? Keep fighting that absolute failure which drug prohibition and please destroy that few remaining shreds of the 4th amendment that drug prohibition hasn't already destroyed"......"OMG, people are shoplifting from corporate stores? Even though they're price gouging me to death, lets throw more money at the police apparatus to protect the profit margins of those corporations who don't give a f*ck about working class Americans".....

“When police fabricate false felony charges against a man in his own home, they are not only violating his civil rights but are also committing serious crimes themselves. These offenses include: 1. **Perjury**: If officers provide false statements under oath, whether in affidavits, police reports, or courtroom testimony. 2. **Obstruction of Justice**: By manipulating or falsifying evidence and testimonies, they obstruct the lawful administration of justice. 3. **False Arrest and Imprisonment**: Detaining or charging someone without probable cause constitutes an unlawful deprivation of liberty. 4. **Malicious Prosecution**: Pursuing charges without probable cause and with malice toward the accused, leading to an unjust legal process. 5. **Conspiracy**: If multiple officers collude to fabricate charges or evidence, they are engaging in a criminal conspiracy. 6. **Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law** (18 U.S. Code § 242): This federal statute prohibits anyone acting under the authority of the law from depriving another of their rights, making such actions a criminal offense. 7. **Official Misconduct/Abuse of Power**: Police officers have a duty to uphold the law, and using their authority to wrongfully incriminate someone violates their official responsibilities. Such actions undermine the integrity of the justice system, erode public trust, and are a betrayal of the community the police are sworn to protect.”

TIP: You need a good quality deadbolt (grade 1 or 2) WITH 3" or 3.5" screws in the strike plate and hinges. Otherwise most doors can easily be kicked in. Obviously keep your doors locked at ALL times. And never open your door to a stranger, including the police.

If you let the police investigate themselves it always ends up like this “ we investigated the situation and found we had done nothing wrong“ This type of stuff needs to go in front of a civilian review board to see if wrongdoing was done. Then take it to the justice department of the United States and file a complaint
