Suddenly I feel like I can breathe again! So happy that Nala is alright!! What a relief! Who knew we would all get so emotionally caught up with a tiny Bosnian kitten & a big Scottish welder, biking all over Europe having adventures and inviting us all to come along?!? Because I sure didn't!

That collecting unpicked peas is called gleaning here and was much looked forward too as a free source of grub for us kids when out roaming (in the 60s)

We had friends on a farm in NZ, and we would pick the peas around the edges of the paddock, and spend the next day shelling peas (eating a lot of them) and then mum would process them for freezing- good memories from 45 years ago!

Nala and Dean: I got a severe Dengue virus infection as I was doing volunteerwork in another country, and that infection led to me now being basically bedbound, with the diagnosis ME/CFS. I just wanna say that the heartwarming bond between you two cheer up so many days for us. We have 2 kittys aswell and they love you too🤗🤗💕💕 So. Thank you and please stay SAFE❤️‍🩹🐈🐈‍⬛🐾🐾🦔

Even after it's all over with, much relief In hearing Nala's ok! Hurray for the van, too. Especially in this video, seeing her on your walk gives me happy memories of rides on my horse. I see her little ears go every which way; you watch your horse's ears when you ride, too, and you notice many more things than when walking by yourself. So much fun! I love her purposeful little trot. We are Out on a Walk, accomplishing something! Such a sweetheart!

Wonderful news that Nala got the all clear! Love Nala's Van - she finally has a home to call her own! List of things to think about: Install a roof fan for air circulation to prevent condensation and mould; making insulated window covers to keep the heat in during cold spells, and window shades for summer to keep the sun out and the van cool; a wood burner stove for winter, and solar panels.

I forgot how much I miss the walking paths of Scotland and UK, the tracks here in Australia are okay but nothing like the UK walks with their history connected to them, we spent many a weekend on long walks and camping all over the UK. Glad your Mam was able to get her tooth fixed, and glad Nala results were good as well. Have fun camping.
