Granted I am new to kayak fishing, I watched this video the night before I went out. Not only did I catch my 1st red, i landed almost 2 dozen in 1 day with 30 landed trout. I even threw a double rig and landed double reds twice ! I listened to your advice and had to tweak it a bit because our fishery is a little different and not so wide open . But I stumbled on the land of reds , and deep troughs at low tide for trout . You know you caught a lot of fish when your elbow is hurting and needs to be wrapped. Thx for the hard work and taking the time to help. Tight lines as always ...... and take care y'all 😏

Finally! Someone talks about the seasonal movement, tactics and changes in methods when targeting a species. I wish everyone would do this because so much changes with the seasons. Thank you both very much. I’m amazed at the experience and understanding level you have and look forward towards more videos. If you write a saltwater book on seasonal fishing for inshore fishing it would be tremendous! Only downside is not as much fishing time for you. Keep them coming.

I just discovered you guys videos so I can't say I've put them into action yet, but I'm looking forward to it. Just bought a Key West 263 FS and I'm trying to get better at fishing the bay. My hope is to start taking out male role models and the young men they are mentoring; whether they be fathers, grand fathers, big brothers, or what have you. My hope is to eventually create a 501c3 endeavor to offer fishing trips to people who could not afford them otherwise. Now if I could just learn how to catch fish.... Thanks for the videos guys.

Honestly ever since you recommended the Berkeley Gulp Pearl whites... I’ve caught a lot of fish. Even a bonnet head shark surprisingly. I would go to the stores and NEVER know which brand or which color what tail to buy. I really enjoy the content. Keep it up. I actually would buy a book(preferably quick read pamphlets) if it’s under $15/10 bucks. Because I don’t always like rewatching the videos or searching I for the one I specifically wanted. 1Fiah2Fish and @ThresherFishing have helped a lot!

Hey guys, just wanted to say thank you for the awesome video. I’m here in Houston and slowly getting into saltwater fishing down in Galveston with my kayak. This video was super informative and answered a lot of questions. I haven’t looked through all your videos yet, but if you don’t have one available you should do one for us newbies about how to hook up all the lures and how they are supposed to look and things like that I know I would definitely enjoy it and I’m sure I speak for a few others who are new to the game? Thank you guys keep up the awesome work.
