They have been using these creatures for over 2000 years for their pelts and to catch rabbits, They were a lot larger than they are now, just that over the centuries, they have been breeding them smaller for rabbiting, Pine martin is the largest one with the face mask

You should look up lost lake mt. It's a 6 Mile hike nobody goes there but if you do... It's huge huge brown and rainbows. It's so high in elevation they don't recognize most lures so you have to use flies or try to get some kind of response strike. Biggest fish of my life was up there. Water is crystal clear just amazing.

I've had two ferrets, and they make great pets. Like a kitten that never grows up. They need lots of play time with you to bond well, and may never be more than a one-man pet. Make sure they're neutered, especially if female. If they're not spayed, they can die. Oh, one more thing. If you play with them and they get really excited, they can get hypoglycemic and pass right out. Give them a few minutes and they'll come around, and make sure to feed them after to restore their blood sugar.
