Went out fishing with my family in the Bahamas, and there's always that one member who likes to fish but has no clue what they're doing... My sister and I had a great couple of days to start the trip, catching numerous fish from the rock formations. Unfortunately, my dad wasn't so lucky, getting skunked his first two attempts but came back strong the final day landing the biggest fish of the trip! While he was holding the fish for a photo, he dropped it 6 feet below in the crevice of the rocks...

For those who want to know the fish caught 1st(Strawberry Grouper,common around Nassau ), 2nd (Sand flounder), 3rd (Bar Jack), 4th (Bar Jack), 5th (Blue Runner), 6th (Mangrove Snapper),7th (Cuda), 8th (Bar jack) at 11:49 you can see blue stripe with black stripe going down back of tail. Spotted Grouper (_Epinephelus analogus_). The round tail and spots pretty much give away. Note that most photos of Spotted Grouper on the Internet are wrong! Look in the books. :)

Fish 1 was a baby grouper, fish 2 was a sand flounder, fish 3 was a hard tail, fish 4 was a hard tail, fish 5 was a was a blue runner, fish 6 was a mangrove snapper, fish 7 was a barracuda as you already knew, fish 8 was a probably a small shark based on the way it fought and how it broke through the line, and fish 9 was a tiny amber jack and they get a lot bigger as in biggest I've caught was 4ft long 63.7 lbs and I'm not trying to be rude at all I'm just giving out some info and so you know my knowledge is for real I work on lockNload fishing charters with captain Steve brown in Destin Florida and would like to one day for you or anyone seeing this to be on my boat to go out and get em

Here's a piece of information you may already know about salt water fish, and that is a species of fish has it's own scientific name which almost nobody knows, and what happens is everywhere you go that same fish will go by a totally different name. The Dolphin fish is a prime example, it has at least 6 different common names depending on where you're at. SO you may ask that someone in the comments identify whatever specie you may have caught, don't be surprised to get several different answers, with each one saying theirs is correct (although I had to laugh in one of your vids where someone called the Soapfish (which is a type of Grouper) you caught a "Salmon" and a "Triple tail"* (?) *- a triple tail looks a whole lot like a pumpkin seed or bluegill on steroids.
