The broccolini plants are edible from the florets down to the stalks. You harvest the whole thing. They are more expensive in stores than broccoli.

Your garden looks amazing. How do you prepare your bok choi? I grew pak choi this fall for the 1st time. I wasn't quite sure how to use it, but I did put it in a soup🤔.

Thank you so much, I appreciate you taking the time to watch. I usually put it in a stir fry or I use it as a spinach substitute. I sautéed some the other day and added them to my shrimp Alfredo, it was delicious. Hope that helps😁
