As a native Floridian, my experience says that those Blue Lake pole beans will give you entire flushes of beans every couple of weeks. Each vine puts on and on. As you pick the beans, the vine puts on more and more. At first you won't believe me as you'll probably get a handful at a time but, a couple or weeks in you'll have more tasty green beans than you can hardly keep up with. They do very well through the canning process also. We freeze some and can (jar) most. Enjoy! Thanks for sharing.

Also as a native Floridian, I know a true fresh Kosher Deli Dill pickle. My recipe is as follows: 2 quart mason jars, small pickling cucumbers, 1 large garlic clove, 3-4 dill sprigs or flower head, 1 quart of distilled water (well or spring will also do well; absolutely no city water), tea towel or flour sack towel (no lint), and rubber band. Fill 1 quart jar with distilled water. Add salt to water. Put lid on jar and shake. Set filled jar aside. In 2nd quart jar, add garlic, dill, and cucumbers leaving 1 inch of head space at the top of the jar (cucumbers can be whole or cut to your preference). Shake salt water jar again, remove lid and pour over cucumber mix covering completely. Place a tea towel or flour sack towel over the filled jar and place rubber band around the top to hold the towel in place. Set on counter at room temperature. Check jar and rotate (shaking up water so no scum forms on top---can be removed with spoon--is not poison, just icky) making sure the water is covering the pickles (add more of the brine if needed). Check after 3 days and let sit out until desired sour flavor is accomplished. I like a 10 day ferment. Place a lid on jar and refrigerate. So, so good if you like true fresh Kosher dills. This process can be continued over time leaving you with fresh Kosher Dills as long as you have fresh cucumbers. Dill and garlic can be dried and used in this recipe as well. This fermentation process is supposed to be great for our gut health as well. Do your own research. So delicious. Date jars and rotate.

I had to subscribe... Your smile & facial expressions are just too cute! I am a seed addict & always have been even those years I don't garden! I have gotten 3 seed hauls from Baker's Creek since OCT, have more coming from Johnny's, MI gardener & Pinetree.... If you have a 'wish list" from either of these companies, let me know...I'd be glad to send you a package. All the best to you & your family in 2025~ Sharon in GA

Hey, hey, I'm in Florida.I see you are wearing the jaguar sweater ( even though I'm not into sports 😅).I subscribed because I need all the help I can get.The aphids kept attacking my pole beans.I did grow some bush beans. They started out fine, but as it got hotter, they suffered. So now early spring and fall for me. Yeah, squash and zucchini are fickle over here also.

Hey hey neighbor!!! Thank you so much for watching 😁 I’m a die hard Jags fan🤣. Yeah the aphids can get bad at the heat of the summer. I usually just keep them sprayed down with water and that helps. Hopefully we can get a squash and zucchini harvest this year🙏🏽
