I always did the cinnamon blowing outside of the 🏡 home. Never did the chilli pepper to remove any negative energies. Will definitely do it. You can also boil the cinnamon and water 💦 over the stove. Spikle it in the four corners of your home, as in the livingroom. But, I add sea salt to protect my abundance and blessings.

I like this and I'm going to do it. Also, an old time Jamaican thing is to carry a piece of whole nutmeg. Cut or grate some of the top off. When you feel bad energy around you that you want gone or need protection from, or just need good energy, scratch it and sniff it. It calms you too, which is understandable with its lovely aroma. I haven't tried that yet. I made some protection powder with chilli pepper and a few other spices, and I will typically sprinkle it on my threshold to keep evil out, but I think I wanna try the cinnamon. Cinnamon is good for so many things. Thanks Pretty Lady. I'ma def try this.
