Flashback to when we watched the TV series together as little kids and you had to explain everything to me. Now I still don't understand the game but I couldn't be more proud. MY LITTLE BROTHER IS THE NATIONAL CHAMPION - PROUDEST SISTER IN THE WORLD

LOVE THE DECK! Only question is... why not BLS? Like wouldn't it make sense to play such a great card given that you play 3 light targets (excluding Dante and Virgil)? But congrats on the win and wow!

***** BLS can really lead to bricks, and the effect can steal games, but is rarely a card instrumental in a legit outplay.

Burning abyss ftw. Thanks for the deck profile. Any advice on dealing with shaddoll? My locals currently has no nekroz, it's Iowa, we got a few infernoids and some burning abyss along with one guy who owned the shaddoll player with frightfurs. Due to some bs I don't currently have spell canceller. Any advice on something relatively cheap and accessible?
@vparsa879 жыл бұрын
In BA? Fiend grieving is the best card vs call and falco. Other than that I'd say the best cheap option would def be dark law but that still doesn't help too much.

Hey guys. can you tell me how to beat nekroz with burning abyss? Like what should i do what monsters should i negate effects of? manju, senju, brinoic, trish? who should be my main focus when trying to eliminate and also is royal decree such a problem with burning abyss seeing as you run so many traps? How do you deal with it. Hope you get back to me :)

this julys banlist is going to be very interesting, I have never seen a format where so many decks are viable in terms of competitiveness, sure they may excel in other areas when they are all compared to one another but they are all equally playable in its own right. I think thats why konami is taking their time with their banlist, I definitively wouldn't want to be in their shoes.
@CodyTwoHottie9 жыл бұрын
I know there was probably alot of hype in the air...but I wish he didn't just rushed through this deck profile. "I play one of each Burning Abyss." only shows three. I know there are more BA monsters then that, so I had to pause to really see what they were.

The card really only hurts Nekroz (which Konami will nerf the hell out of because it's so dominate) and Qliphorts (which doesn't even hit scout). Every other deck would love to have their graveyard filled with immediate pluses. The card has a better chance of going to 2 than getting banned.

If this is not enough for trollnami to finally hit this stupid deck directly than I don't know what is, its been far too long since its release without a single direct hit. The deck that floats and floats and floats and just never dies.
@johnmorgan88759 жыл бұрын
Dii1888 floats but be easily dealth with. Macro/fissure/dark-law/shadow mirror all kill it. Nekroz needs to be hit foremost.
@sethkrueger33149 жыл бұрын
John Morgan Not to mention just throwing Constellar diamond basically makes any BA player scoop, and Ptolemaeus gives every deck access to Diamond.
@Dii18889 жыл бұрын
Side decking argument is irrelevant as that is the case for everything. Btw macro/d-fissure is at 1 and they have access to cards like fire lake, wing blast, raigeki break etc. Both nekroz and qli's came out months after ba and we're given direct hits and ba were left untouched and still remain untouched to this day. Bottom line the deck has had its time in the lime light long enough and needs to get significantly hit.
@johnmorgan88759 жыл бұрын
Dii1888 salty scrub is salty... Nekroz aren't even hit at all; Brio to 2 does nothing, other than being a scapegoat hit. Trish/Djinn ban is all thats needed for them. BA did get a hit; Tour guide to 1 seriously reduced the amount of spam. BA is perfectly fair as is. The main reason the guy won with BA was cause he sided Nekroz hate and mostly went up against Nekroz.
