I use Pot Noodles as a base ingredient for something better. I start the de-clumping process by gently squeezing & rotating the sealed pot, then tip out the contents into a large mug. Add water to just below the brim; wait the usual few minutes with periodic further de-clumping. Then: Add Branston beans & sausages, or tinned chicken balti etc, or chili con carne. Match Pot Noodle flvours to suit! The 'extras' go in a bit at a time, mixing in and eating as I go!😋 I much prefer to use a mug for Pot Noodle preparation. The smell of hot plastic really puts me off!🤢

As an American, I can say that "sachet" is a word that we don't use or don't use on a large scale. We usually say packet or maybe in this case bag. I like to watch Lost in the Pond when he does the British English/American English comparisons 😊

I pour the water almost to the top, I then break and smash up the noodles , then give it a good stir. Then leave it for a few minutes to settle. That way it stays claggy and you get little bits of the powder floating in the sauce. Great video Gareth- I'm glad you're getting there mate.

When I gave up drinking for a while I replaced alcohol with sugar free fizzy drinks that were really cold. A pint of diet coke fresh from the fridge might not be as satisfying as a beer but it can help to take away the craving because of the sensation. Good luck on your journey and I hope you succeed. Best of luck and good wishes hope you heal soon from your accident 🙂

Love your style. Try this tip. Before opening, squeeze the put gently moving it round until you feel the noodles crack and break apart. This makes water level easier to find and speeds up the time it takes to be ready. I always add my own sauce and spice to add flavour and clagginess.

You might want to be more circumspect about what you're putting into your body right now as you're detoxing and healing. That cheap noodle garbage has ZERO nutrition but plenty of crap that only adds to the toxicity of. your body. Please try to get actual protein and a lot of good fats into you and electrolytes. I understand you're not able to use your jaw - there are a LOT of ways of getting actual nutrition into yourself without using these cancer-causing fast 'food' options. Please have more respect for your body - you have a LOT of healing to do.
