I make my own. Get a big pack of beef mince, 800g and mix with 500g of lamb mince. Add dry spices, garlic granules, cumin (lots about a three teaspoons) paprika, black pepper, salt and a couple of teaspoons of cornflour (this helps bind the fat and make it the texture of kebab meat). Work it by hand together, you want to get it really mixed. It helps the texture too getting it really mixed together. Then get some cling film and roll it into a big fat sausage, about a foot long and really thick. Freeze the kebab meat, then when it is solid, I vacuum seal it and cook it sous vide for about three hours. Once cooked I finish with my flamethrower.

No need to stir fry, after sous vide the meat will be cooked all the way through, but it's nice to add a bit of a seared 'crust'. I have a blow torch capable of 2400 degrees, a light flicking of it over the surface is enough. I use a thin blade meat slicer knifeto cut off the surface and then repeat.@@khalidacosta7133

Jeez is it legal to sell these, I for one wont be trying it. Your quite right I wouldn't insult a dog with this by the looks. A great review so we are all the wiser not to waste our money.

Braver man than me lol. Even the stuff you get from outlets is the same stuff to be honest so it's a big no from me! You gave me a laugh with the dog chew comment though Gaz

Not touching that. Anything that starts with first ingredient as mechanically separated chicken, has 20g of salt in, AND triphosphates, polyphosphates and diphosphates is not fit for human consumption! Glad you tried it, I'm bl**dy not!😂

Those red things are Jalapeno Peppers. For Kebabs I would use Rashers of Bacon, Bits of Chicken, Beef, Lamb or Pork. That Kebab Meat tastes like Hot Cheap Sausagemeat !!! You need to have them with Tomatoes, Salsa, Mayonnaise Etc. Not just hot sauce, because they are Hot Anyway !!!

Yuk, never in a million years 🤮 The only type of Kebab I ever have (and it's not very often) is the one made with either diced and marinated Chicken or Lamb done on skewers on a charcoal griddle. None of those slices off the 'elephants leg', which those you were reviewing look like.

If 100g contains 60% RDI of salt, the whole 600g bag should contain 360% of salt RDI, which to me frightening. Still looks good, I am very partial to a Donner Kebab, with all the regular trimmings, omit the cucumber, though.
