Such an eye-opening concept. I'm 22 now and I have been on self-improvement for a while, I am doing pretty well with a remote job as a software developer earning money above standards in my country. However, since i started doing well i have only been focused on the now, what clothes to buy, what car to go for, how to move out of my parents house and all of this. Hey I just started watching your videos... what you say makes sense... but guys need to understand it in their own language. You have to understand you need 10 years of hard ass work. Work, work work. I had this realization at about 28 years of age. 5 years later I'm nearly 34 now... and will cross 1M by 35. Not impressive, but my portfolio is f-king solid. I did the maths, like you said. By 45 I will be able to retire, on 6 figures passive income. Not by 38, but who knows how much I will do in the next 5 years. Gents, in your 30's is the time when you have the unique combination of skills and physical/mental endurance to out-work and out-smart the competition. In your 40's is when you capitalise on it all, and enter executive positions, or sell your company, or step down as CEO of your company and collect dividends. The energy will leave you in your 40's and will be 75% gone by your 50's. Trust me, I know from people I work with. You should be panicking. And you should be striking as hard as possible in your 20's and 30's. Be strategic, and invest what you can back into yourself, your business, and the surplus into dividend paying stocks. Good luck if you're into crypto and the rest of that stuff, I know people that can and have made money from it - it is just not for me.

I'm 31 and I like a lot of the mentality you have and spread, the main issue that I see (at least in my country) is the gap between the first step and the advanced step, in regard to money. Here in my country, to get $1 USD you need to have at least $350 ARG and the average salary is $80.000 ARG wich means more or less $230 USD. And most of these cases you have a university degree. It seems more hard for people outside the UK or USA to make this money gap. The rest I see it very achievable and I'm working on it.

@goldenduck61093 жыл бұрын
Have they said the main causes as to why we don’t ?
@sam-ed8uh3 жыл бұрын
@@goldenduck6109 from my very brief read of the article, they mainly say that it's partly luck that you don't get hit by a bus or something, but living free of all stress is key. There's a negative correlation between age and the body's ability to regenerate blood cells. This can be extended, but they are basically saying no amount of clean living and medical advancements can hault the bodies natural slowing down with age. An old body regenerates blood cells at a much slower rate and if you are lucky enough to avoid every disease then the thing that will kill you is your body eventually just stopping blood cell production.

@@sam-ed8uh but how come only like 10 individuals on earth are over 110 years old and no one has ever made it longer
@sam-ed8uh3 жыл бұрын
@@goldenduck6109 unfortunately I don't have a concrete answer to that. However, it must be genetics. Some people have diseases run in their family and some don't. This will seem random, but it serves a purpose, I have been fortunate enough to travel quite a lot growing up and having been to Italy a few times and Greece there is a pattern I've noticed, when visiting little old time villages there are usually notice boards showcasing any village news and there is normally a section on recent deaths of residents, what I saw were all the deaths were 90+ years old, some being 100 and they all looked fantastic for their age. I believe they live longer than UK citizens, for example, because of their diets. The Mediterranean diet is easily the healthiest diet going, it is rich in everything you're body needs and isn't impossible to stick to either, they all eat a LOT of fish and don't drink lager or beer, but red wine instead. Red wine is famed for being good for you, a glass of it a day is beneficial I believe. But most importantly, they are stress free, they're not chasing impossible goals, they life a simple, quiet life which they're happy with. Those are the key to extending your life👍
@goldenduck61093 жыл бұрын
@@sam-ed8uh that’s interesting you bring that up, in the book Outliers they talked about a small villiage of immigrants from Italy and they all lived to extremely old ages despite diets high in fat and smoking cigarettes had the lowest rates of heart disease in the US. And they studied them and found that their lack of stress, their close knit friendly community, close family relationships, and very little difference in social classes were all implicated in their ability to live to such old ages and not suffer heart disease.

My exact plan would be......get a factory job, work ovetime and weekends. Collect as much money as I could until 25, invest half wisely along the way and use the other 50% for my business. I say 25 because the idea isn't to be rich, the biggest key is to create time. Imagine at 25 you've invested into crypto and lets say you own 1 property outright. That property brings in like £800pm income and your crypto has exploded from £20k to £200k in 6 years. You now have a stream of income that will pay your bills (£800pm) and £200k to use for your business. This gives you 1. Zero pressure, 2. Roughly 8 years of wages if you're frugal (£25k per year). That's 8 years where you can go full time on your business and always have the fully paid for home to fall back on. Instead of focusing on wealth, focus on creating streams of income that enable you to quit a job and spend 18 hours per day focused on your dream, then get patient. You say nice things in the videos, but you summarize based on the country you live in. I live in the poorest and most corrupt country in the European Union - Bulgaria. Most of those around me are demotivated and flee to England (before leaving the EU) because there is no future in Bulgaria. I do not have the financial means. I am applying for a job that does not require experience and with initial training and everyone refuses "we will continue the selection with other candidates". My work experience is small, but like everyone refuses me where to start? I have no intention of doing a job I don't like. In my hometown and in general Bulgaria is a restaurant country. The salary of a chef is 300 euros per month. I have no desire to offer frozen junk to customers because I have worked in a fast food restaurant. In general, I have not come across a suitable company. They thought I was congested because I didn't smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol аnd talk too much. I don't like big company. I rarely went to a disco. I'm introvert. My parents did not support my dreams at all, and I followed their views without any clear goal. "Finish your higher education, to have some profession." I graduated with the highest grade, but I'm out of a job. The years go by. My only goal for now to start from somewhere and find a job and pay everything for me , living alone until become someone.

Search podcast on this channel - there's around 10 episodes. In the future I'm setting up a proper podcast, making moves towards that as we speak

This probably explains why Tai Lopez has a target audience of 18-25 year olds to buy his get rich courses because they are naive and will do anything just to get rich fast.

Yeah there's some sus things with how he made his money. I believe he had like £2m net worth, but he would pretend it was like £100m, then the courses etc actually got him there

What if you want kids by 25-30? So that the kids have the most health potential + attractivness, etc. ?
@1STMAN3 жыл бұрын
The healthy sperm thing isn't scientifically accurate. 1. It could be a conspiracy to get people to have kids young. 2. More likely and my opinion - it's a logical fallacy. Most people live terribly, they eat junk, they don't exercise, they drink alcohol, don't sleep well, are stressed etc and by 30 plus they look dreadful. Their sperm is naturally going to be of a worse level. Then a researcher comes along and does a study and finds that older men have worse sperm. But the truth is - older men have just lived worse for longer. If Chris Hemsworth for example had a child tomorrow then that kids going to be a beast and he's 37. If you keep yourself healthy, inshape and stress free - then there's no issues with having kids later in life. Not drinking alcohol and exercising reguarly is likely 10 times better for having kids than being 25

Yes but can a man be fulfilled with only the riches of this world? Would you have the energy and the time to invest in your children when you are like 40. Money can't raise children and thats where empty feeling comes from in my opinion.
