@@jacobzastrow457there are more differences than just redstone. For instance, Java has entity cramming, bedrock doesn’t Sometimes the direction the farm faces even matters. Obviously this one is pretty simple, but there’s no guarantee any farm will work on both

Just another tip for those that are building in a colder biome...throw in some torches on the walls where the adult cows will be splashing above the water so that if doesn't freeze to ice and allowing the cows to just escape before adding in the fence on top 😅

I have two significant improvements to this farm. 1. Instead of making an infinite water source, drop two buckets at the back so it flows and pushes the calves forward into the lower chamber. 2. Place two slabs on the upper half of the space above the chest. You will still be able to open the chest and you will be able to collect all the XP.

Not rly that hard. Its easy to get one in there. Then you just breed the stuck one with another cow and it will go down itself xD the one block one is still the best one in my opinion :P

So I have this exact farm in my sever. and its working well, Im building a giant Library so i need lots of Leather, but im having an issue with the farm. when I breed all the cows in the top. a lot of them get stuck up there instead of falling down, maybe like 10% of all the babies. so the top just gets bigger and bigger, and since theres no entity cram on console it gets pretty damn laggy, my friend legit died to the lag flying over it lmao

I had the same problem, my solution is to extend the holding platform into a 3x2 and place the water sources on the two blocks furthest from the front, this water flow forces the babies into the hopper chamber.

Make it 3x3 bloks so you have one centerblock for the iron bars. Put the lava under the cows and water, with 2 bloks between the water and lava. Place a iron fence/bars in a smal circkel under the grown up cows. The small cows will fall directly to the cooking area and don't get stuck in the grown up area. To much cows will cause all the cows to despawn and you can begin all over with loading the cow killer machine. Also place a dispenser with a water bucket right above the water edge with a button. the cows begin jumping far more so it is more easy to feed them then lagging 10 cows or more in a corner. It breeds much faster. I hope you enjoyed my tips.

I can't get the water to push the baby cows. I tried putting it in the back as one commentor said, no dice. Seems the water is a problem. Using stairs above the pit to give a .5x.5 space for the babies also did nothign.
