Congrats dude! I find it frustrating that adding range to mustangs means they stay outside the minimum range of storms. They're ('Stangs)a good counter because of their speed but adding range seems to nullify that. Nice job though!

What was the thought process in round 7 for dropping four shields instead of using deployments? Like, what did you see that made you read that your opponent might oil that turn?

Not using deployments feels really bad. I probably should have. That said, I felt in control and thought the only way I could really lose was if he hit me with oil and fire.

Most high mmr players stay away from anti-missile Mustangs. I personally use it as a kill-shot, but not something to rely on. It's mostly used when you need anti-missile and get a multi-Mustang drop. I wouldn't advise getting AM on Sabers either. The reason is because if you have multiple Sabers, it's likely a big part of your DPS and you don't want to make Range (and possibly Double Shot) more expensive. Some people like getting it on the Saber if they have multiple of them. I'm not really in that camp personally. WF anti-missile is really good. It's especially good if they don't have a way of applying EMP via other units aside from Storms. I like using AM static devices you can purchase. Just be careful about placement as you don't want them to die, as that will result in lost resources of course. Farseer AM is awful. It's as bad as Saber AM. Maybe there are use cases. Mechabellum is very situational so you'll run into some scenarios where AM on any of these units could work. It's just in general, not something I'd do.

In general, it's bad to go Farseer AM. They're just not very good at it and it'd be better to go into other tech or other anti-missile options. And they're very expensive--so if you plan to add more for the anti-missile, the value won't be there. In some cases it makes sense though. But I don't want to encourage people to run it so I had to have a disclaimer haha
