The Kitchen is situated at a very strange part of the flat, just next to the main gate..and 2 bedrooms apart from the dining area.. strange architecture..

Actually its a modified flat. Originally it was a servant room which is converted to kitchen now (kitchen is converted to a bedroom). Original 3bhk is converted to 4 bhk. Original is much better they have spoiled it.

@@nitinKumar-ef4fx why do u always compare Mumbai with other cities? Mumbai is way more dense and is the financial capital of the country. Also this property is in a very new sector of Gurgaon. There's no habitation there as of now. Also in 2 Cr you can easily get a good property in Navi Mumbai. Don't compare main Mumbai with Gurgaon. Compare Lutyens Delhi with that. Gurgaon is more in line with Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Please take the feedback positively, to film better. Very bad camera movement avoid fade-ins! Please buy proper camera equipment. Wide-angled camera with a gyroscope to avoid jerky movements. Give slow and smooth camera tilts. Understand from a viewer's perspective, let everyone absorb the surroundings and assess on their own. Last but not the least, please make it interactive. Ask as many questions and don't mute yourself. Ask questions about what all is included in sample flat vs raw flat, woodwork, flooring, what all can be modified in the house. Make the video more engaging, like the user himself is present in the space.

Original plan is much better and by converting 3 bhk to 4 bhk (servant room to kitchen and kitchen to a bedroom) you have spoiled the architecture of the flat. May be since the size is 2450 builder is finding it hard to sell it as a 3bhk. Desperate attempt to boost sale??? Overall project is nice.

Hey. Please don't go by any videos , puri emerald bay has cremation center near by . Balconies have creamation view for 2.5 BHK apartments for B3, B2, B1. Its very negative to view .Ashes comes into the flat

Depends on the locality. You can easily find such property under 2.5 to 3Cr in Navi Mumbai. Also this area is still developing so considering that it's overpriced. There are way better properties in 2 Cr in Gurgaon. Problem comes finding a good property under 1 Cr. In 1 to 2 Cr, there are so many great options.
