quick thing I discovered, the ability devour will cast continuously by holding it, instead of spamming the key, i run all my stuff with my devour key bind to "2" and just holding it the entire time while casting other abilities at the same time

Awesome, thanks for the info. I am currently doing the beginner standard build on the site, and so far haven't run into problems. I occasionally have to swap out skills, but yeah. Necros are fun. Crusaders are finicky. I had a kick-ass Necro and Paladin in D2. One time I had so many summons in D2 that it froze D2 and crashed my pc. Ah, good times

Honestly, I personally like running with the BloodMage setup that Diablofans has, but switching out final service for life from death and reapers wraps. Cause I notice I lose too much essence trying to keep my Mages up at all times, while using command skeletons. I also find it much easier to use, plus the extra 5 stacks of bone armor and engorge are really nice touches to the survivability. But love how informative and in-depth this guide was! :D Thank you for sharing it!

Deadset I'm using your Inna's monk pet build on icyveins and I'm wondering why CoE is best in slot it buffs cold for 4 seconds then is useless for 24 seconds and if you aren't attacking anything in that 4 seconds it's useless, you have to be very lucky for it to rotate into the correct element when you want it to, for group play wouldn't it be better to have a Stone of Jordan equipped for 30% damage to elites and then Ring of Royal Grandeur in the cube so you can equip Tasker & Theo? please let me know what you think

How do you feel about the "relic of akarat" for the Templar compared to "enchanting favor"... Is not dying really better than unlocking all skills? Only on grift 33 this season (just started a week ago) so want to be ready for higher levels

I believe the main reason would be the Inspire skill. This skill gives necros a 10% increase in essence generation.

Specifically, cutting out all the useless fluff with orbs and just running a life per second build uising kalan and thy flesh sustained on bone armor (which benefits from tragoul)

Kalan does 2 things, #1 you rbone armor stacks higher so you are naturally tankier and #2 by allowing you to get up to 15 stacks bone armor with "thy flesh sustained" rune increases life per second by 150% instead of just 100%.

People always try to use blood for blood and life from death passives on tragoul sets like this one wasting two passive slots when you could just use one legendary gem and save up on those passive spaces and use something potentially more powerfull. Just to give you an idea of how powerfull it is, currently on my statsheet with a fully stacked bone armor I reach around 300k life per second, which the gem provides a shield for 200% of that value. Not only that but if you use draw life passive on top of this you gain an additional (Multiplicative) 10% life per second per enemy in 20 yards. Needless to say, your spells are practically for free with that much life per second.

That 2nd one is very close to what I run, just swap the belt for a cord of sherma to proc the krysbin (Ive been looking for that belt for a while now, still havent gotten it, but its the best) Swap out the ice golem for the corpse golem, skeletons to healing skeletons, extended servitude (Compleatly undeeded due to life support rune making mages last so long) to blood is power for more CDR and harvest of anguish for thy flesh sustained on the bone armor.
