@@Keris18 all khaenri’ahn people have diamond shaped pupils so far. that’s why people assume so surely pierro is also khaenri’ahn. but halfdan was cursed and as spirit didn’t wore any eyepatch or he didn’t hide the right side of his face. and besides the curse it’s actually interesting thinking about what do they hide, all on the same side of the face. especially since kaeya lied about his eyepatch, he once said he inherited it from his ascestor (which may actually be true in some sense, you can’t inherit accessories but he might’ve inherited what’s under it) and in his voiceline he says he wears the eyepatch with the same purpose he wears pants and he has nothing to hide. that’s why i think it’s kind of mysterious and interesting that khaenri’ahn people have this in common

@@風と共に-e1m I agree. I just wanted to point to another example that these eyes aren't something that only dainslief has. Kaeya in particular is the more interesting character to relate to Pierro imo because there is a fan theory that he may be Kaeya's father. He has the exact same chain that Kaeya has in his outfit, their hair is kind of similar, and they both have earrings, though they look slightly different. As for the halfmasks that Pierro and Dainsleif wear, my theory is that the curse is growing stronger on them and deforming their face so they are using the masks to cover up any hints that it is spreading. Halfdan didn't need the mask because his whole body was cursed. It's interesting that they both have them on the same side of their face, but I'm not sure if that may just be a coincidence or symbolic of something else. It is important to note however.

@@Keris18 i actually have a theory on pierro being a potential family member of kaeya. personally i think kaeya might be half khaenri’ahn - born there but one of his parents could be from somewhere else, in case the jester is his father then this could only leave his mother (sumeru, natlan?) since now we can see that people of khaenri’ah are potentially all white (dain, halfdan, now pierro) and kaeya is the only khaenri’ahn of color/with tan. so basically kaeya is really interesting in general, giving we have him since the start but know nothing and learn about him really slowly and basically only if we look closely. i feel like he will play a big role in game in the future

This is just a showcase of the Harbingers in one place since they are rarely together. Dottore is known for doing an experiment on people in the manga. Signora could come back but I doubt she would the same person. Which could make "signora" playable. Also since Raiden kinda destroy her altogether. I'm wondering what's in the coffin in the first place. In my honest opinion, I don't see a true reason for her to come back or be redeemed. I wish they spend more time explaining her character in an event though. It seems like a waste to have a good design character but not really show her personality. Hopefully, they will do better with the rest Fatui Harbingers' story and mentality.

@@thatlazyburger9855 i don't think signora has a vision or a delusion, but it depends on what you think ig? after what happened with teppei, it's shown that people without a vision using a delusion can lead to aging overtime quickly, so if signora had a delusion then she would be long dead. according to her past, she was consumed in anger and hatred after her lover died, therefore using the art of liquid fire to sacrifice her body for power, and that lead her to be able to manipulate pyro. after that, she was recruited by the fatui and i think that they made a special device for her, which is the white floating thing that normally resides beside her. it is shown that when she enters battle or uses cryo, it disappears so i believe that that machine is what gives her cryo powers but at the end of the day, that is just my opinion, yours may differ.

It was also stated in the pale flame that a man (stated to be Pierro.) Was like an advisor or a sage, he warns the royal dynasty of the "veil of sin"(?) but he fails and because of that a nation ( Khaenriah) fell. Since he is an advisor of sorts... i think he is somewhat connected to Kaeya/Dain. He might know who Dainslef is, after all Dain was the "Twilight Sword", captain of the royal guards. And for Kaeya... well he's said to be "the last hope" and his last name Alberich means "ruler of supernatural beings". There's something really *fishy* going on here and it goes deeper than what we know..

Just a few comments: - As a former competitive chess player, that setting is hopeless for Black, White wins in anywhere from 7-10+ moves - BUT that is if Rook takes pawn... and yet the Tsaritsa (as so many believe) decided to play Knight takes pawn - why? Was it premeditated? - Really strange for such a young looking Harbinger to raise such an old looking orphan as Nikolay, don't you think? - Pierro's eyes also remind me of 'serpent lady' (you know who) but if he is as you suggest - from Khaenri'ah - then his line 'your final resting place will be the entirety of the Old World' could be interpreted as an objective, or a goal - he intends to restore the old order (perhaps referring to the time prior to the current Celestia). And why did they show that pyro crystalfly flying all the way back to her coffin?! I want Signora to return but I wish Hoyoverse would stop playing with my heartstrings! - I agree with your theories on Dottore, it wouldn't be surprising for someone who is a master of machines and is able to transfer souls into them, to actually create copies of himself - he might even be a machine himself or part-machine for all we know. For example, Signora was alive during cataclysm and was praying to Barbatos for her lovers to return alive, but he didnt which sparks her resentment towards Barbatos. But in the artifact lore it says Rostam was fighting with his comrades against the abyss armies that spread all through out Teyvat during Cataclysm. Signora's grudge with Venti is that if he was stronger like some of the other archons, he could probably have saved Rostam from his death.

I remember seeing something mentioning something about symbolism regarding the pyro crystalfly on reddit. I can't remember it verbatim, but I believe it went like this: The crystalfly represents Signora's soul, flying back back to Snezhnaya. Though she was born in Monstadt, she no longers considers it her home with her lover gone. She flies back, enduring the cold and the blizzards to return to the Tsaritsa. Only once does it reach her coffin, does the crystalfly vanish. For it symbolizes that Signora's soul is finally at rest in her true home, where the Tsaritsa is.

Such an INSANE sudden reveal has sparked SO much interest back in the game, and now people are crazy excited for sumeru and future fatui information, + will probably start thinking about who they want to save for in the event they become playable. i rlly hope damselette is some kind of assassin or mind controller. since childe isn't clear why she's deserving of no.3, she might be doing something secretive or something that's not very obvious by just looking at her. also the fact that her eyes are always closed / blocked could mean she relies on her other senses to "see" - she does not need her eyes. that would fit in the theme of mind control since she can access others' minds to see from there instead. not sure how / if it's even possible to represent that as a playable skill. really hyped to see what she can do and to play her!!

That's right I think he's refering to the sages of khaen'riah. The description of the mask from the pale flame artifact set basically says that Pierro is unable to stop the ruler of Khaenri'ah or the sages from "tearing away the veil of sin." This results in Khaenri'ah's destruction at the hands of the Heavenly Principles. Here is the copypaste of the description if you are curious: "Since the stain of my compatriots' blood cannot be cleansed, I shall become The Jester, who laughs in the face of fate. Since my level of learning could not compare with the sages, I failed to earn the favor of the previous ruler. I know they already killed the pawn, but notice how it landed at the end of the line. Not an expert here but don't pawns turn into queens (or any peice) when they hit the other side? (The animators could have made it land anywhere else, but it had a very clear camera shot as if trying to show us something.) my take on gnosis owners based on slime philosophy theory: 1. Zhongli & Tsaritsa have Rook piece, as a cryo and geo slime have shield and projectile attacks of spike or rocks 2. pyro & hydro archons will have Bishop piece, as pyro and hydro slimes have fireball or bubble attack 3. Raiden & Nahida prolly have Knight pieces, as Dendro and Electro (yellow) slimes having similar behaviors in environment. yellow electro oftentimes do AFK if there are purple slimes nearby, chanelling lightning into them. while dendro big slime can spawn slime minions to help battle

So, a little detail that seems to be very much overlooked, is that the Knight Piece is moved using Cryo Energy, this seems to indicate that Pierro is currently playing a Chess Game against the Tsaritsa. This can indicate two things, One, the Tsaritsa who is playing the White Pieces, might be the King Gnosis. Two, this Chess Game is only meant to symbolize what happened to Signora, nothing more, nothing less. I do want to point out one thing just in case someone fights me against the Second Point. The Chess Board has the Geo and Anemo Gnosis on it still, if they were to symbolize something then it would be saying that Zhongli and Venti are still involved, however that is just clearly not the case anymore.

Notice the circular bands on his arm with the runes found on Field Tillers, as well as the design of it's eye; highly similar to Ruin Hunters in design. Here are a few things I noticed while looking at the chessboard scene, coming from someone who was formerly into chess, assuming normal rules of chess: 1: We know the white knight moves to square C2 to kill the pawn that we are assuming is La Signora. This move puts the black queen in check, while also suggesting that that knight piece is the Raiden Shogun. This move also allows the black king(which if I understood the video correctly, is the Traveler) to take the white knight piece. If the king does this, it puts itself in check from the white rook, which is the Geo Gnosis. Not sure what this means from a lore perspective, but I thought it was worth mentioning. 2: A while ago, IslandXD made a video(s) about archons, Gnosis's(not sure what the actual plural for "Gnosis" is, but I'm going to stick with "Gnosis's"), slimes and chess. I won't go into details, but to sum it up, using in-game lore about the large variants of slimes, as well as various design choices regarding them, he was able to conclude that the Cryo and Geo Gnosis's were rooks, the Electro and Dendro Gnosis's were bishops, the Pyro and Hydro Gnosis's were knights, the Anemo Gnosis was the queen, and an unknown element that was likely to be Time was the king, as well as that all of the Gnosis's, when used as chess pieces, would be on the same side, which is confirmed in the chess scene. However, there are two things I find interesting about this: 2A: If we assume that the knight that captured the pawn that was La Signora is in fact the Raiden Shogun, that contradicts the information given in IslandXD's video, seeing how the Raiden Shogun is a knight, not a bishop. However, in his video he more or less stated that all Gnosis's other than the Anemo and king Gnosis's came in pairs(Cryo/Geo, Electro/Dendro, Pyro/Hydro). This could mean that the pieces that represent the Electro/Dendro and Pyro/Hydro Gnosis's are swapped. 2B: If we look at images of the chessboard and assume that all the Gnosis-chess pieces are on the same side(which is the case with the Anemo, Geo and potentially Electro Gnosis's), that means that the Cryo, Dendro, Pyro and Hydro Gnosis's have already been captured and removed from play. If we assume that the Gnosis-chess pieces can be on either side, that means that just the Pyro and Hydro Gnosis's have been captured. 3: La Signora is clearly labeled as a pawn here, so does this mean that the other Harbingers are also pawns? Prior to the knight capturing the pawn, there was a total of 8 pawns on the board, half of which were black, which results in numbers not adding up no matter how you look at it. In IslandXD's video, he suggested that each pawn on the side of the chessboard that did *not* have any Gnosis's on it would be threats to each individual nation, meaning that Stormterror, Osial and La Signora were all pawn pieces. If that is the case, there are only enough pawns in play to account for 3 separate threats, meaning that either this tangent is entirely incorrect, or that one of these threats is a threat two nations.

1:14 - no; the pawn was not stuck in front of the black king, it was actually only 1 square from promotion. How do we know? Well we can see the out-of-play bishop from the background, so that means white is playing on that side, and black is playing on the other side. White has 4 passed pawns (a b g h) while black has a passed e pawn (maybe c pawn).

Raiden is definitely the Knight piece because: 1. It was she (Knight) who took down La Signora (pawn) during her Archon quest; 2. Knight pieces can move in a vertical or horizontal L shape (2 squares vertically then horizontally or 2 squares horizontally then vertically) and two signifying Ei as Makoto's twin; and 3. The Knight piece is a head and a neck which represents the brain and the brawn respectfully where Makoto is the idealist and Ei the formidable warrior. I was confused why your other video of this teaser was gone, but I'm glad you added more details to this version of the video though! I enjoyed watching it more.

When the pawn was finished by the horse it felled into the zone where the pawn can become a queen and if you think about the moth stopping on it can mean resurrection just like Signora's constellation does, especially since Pierro's words mentioned right there that the end does not hold true for that chess board. My theory to why the Dendro Archon/God of wisdom makes no argument against her people's folly acts is because, maybe some of her people knew something that they shouldn't know about hence to why they act like they don't , to protect themselves from the gaze of the devine, or the Dendro Archon/God of wisdom just doesn't want her people to persue to this knowledge, or particularly just not wanting them to know this 'knowledge', and continue on with their folly acts instead, as to what happened to Orobash at enkanomiya, they were sentenced due to this knowledge.
