Why does the speedometer needle move when you rev the engine? The speed is 0 at this point.

It's up on the centre stand as it will not start engine with wisest and down. The cvt belt will turn the rear wheel when revved so it is indicating wheel speed indeed.

Side stand is up so it can start..its on the centre stand and wheel will turn when revved

This may seem like a daft question for you, but as the old saying goes, "How can you find out the answer, if you don't ask the question, so, I'm asking. Is it possible to change the analogue dials in the instrument cluster, or even the whole cluster itself, to the Digital cluster from I believe the wheel sizes are the same so it SHOULD work, without too much fuss n bother. I know that Honda techs are going to have attacks of apoplexy at the mere mention of this, but IS it possible, CAN it be done ?.

I got a 2005 with about 12K on it. Fresh tires and just changed oil. No problems with it. Helmet included! Find $3,000 Canadian then come and get it in Alberta!

So this is registered as a scooter so many states won't require a motorcycle liscense to operate?

in most states if it is over 49cc you'll need a motorcycle license or endorsement, insurance and registration
