This was helpful. Some of it was still confusing but I just started playing this game a few days ago and am still learning a lot. These tutorials seem to offer some really good tips though and help me get an idea of what I can do early in the game.

@@DailyFixLP One thing that stood out was between the first and second video you had over 500,000 credits. I think showing how you made that would help. Was it just doing missions? How long did it take? Those are the sort of things that I'm really having difficulty with at the start.

The UI is really whats holding the game back. I started out about a month ago with Perun's current playthrough and he explained a lot in that too. Like most stuff in game is reasonably straightforward, but things like the behaviour menu seem almost hidden and it's vital for autotrading, automining and repeat orders.

I love faction colors too! Makes the universe more colorful. Also Aliance of the Word Warth has access to all vanilla Races and is cheaper. Kinda rightside of the north PAR sector Trinity something

Yea and it will need a lot more colours, there is a mod that adds a lot more factions and that galaxy looks like a disco ball, i love it. True we will do going there next time since they only sell transport ships to my knowledge.

@@DailyFixLP btw something nice about disco-mode i just learned. When you activate the disco, get up and let a NPC-pilot take over - the disco stays on while flying like normal (including travel-mode)

Just go the game, great videos so far. However for the mining ship you said to deploy satellites, but did not explain the purpose for doing so. Cheers!

my apologies, its for the ships to know where to sell the goods. satellites keep the information on that station up to date.

Can't you check the encyclopedia galaxy tab, pick a sector and see what it produces and sells and at what levels over time? Would that info not also help people when making a plan

Well it's up to you, if you're strapped on money strip it first then sell it, you will get more money that way. but if you want to use it to explore do that.

Sell it and invest it into a mining station and mining ships. You don't really need a destroyer.

The problem is i use 2 joysticks, now if you want my keybinds then i can share them. But since the tutorial campaign shows you what keys are when i chose not to include them.

@kerbalette156 Yea auto targeting is good to get the closest enemy, you can always pause, look for a specific enemy say a bomber and use a set destination. but personally i would just auto target and use keys for next or previous target if you don't like what you get.

yea it would have been a nice feature to have, i mean the drones are nice but there basically transport drones not really mining drones since they don't mine

@@DailyFixLP I don't know why no one has added a mod it just the mine for commander script. It would make the Magnetar Super fast

well that's not happening
