Hi Bincy, I have prepared this, but the bharani was filled almost 90%. When it started fermenting, it overflowed as you said. I just kept the bharani inside a plastic bucket and closed the bucket with a lid..to avoid attracting any bees or insects since the covering cloth is all wet by the overflowing. Does this spoil the wine? Is there anything can be done now? Bdw, I added 1.5 tsp yeast for 2kg grapes and 2 litres of water. Is it ok?

@@BincysKitchen It is a 5 litre ceramic bharani which is the largest that I have. 😑.. Since its almost a day, and finding a bigger one seems impractical I'm planning to keep it there now.. I will update how it goes.. hopefully the1.5 tsp yeast was not too much... thanks a lot for your reply 😊

Wine in 2 days? Yes you heard it right. Terrific recipe. As you rightly said wine should be slightly sour. I recommend maximum half kilo sugar for one kilo grapes. Amul dark chocolate 55 percent and this grape wine make a terrific combination. Thank you ma'am. God bless you.
