Cardamom (ഏലക്ക) - 2 Nos
Cloves (ഗ്രാമ്പൂ) - 4 Nos
Cinnamon Stick (കറുവപ്പട്ട) - 1 Inch Piece
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 1 Inch Piece
Lime / Lemon Juice (നാരങ്ങാനീര്) - ¾ Tablespoon
Sugar (പഞ്ചസാര) - 500 gm
Water (വെള്ളം) - 2 Litter
Wheat (ഗോതമ്പ്) - ¼ Cup
Instant Yeast (യീസ്റ്റ്) - ¼ Teaspoon
