Enjoying your journey so far. Especially because I’m a Range Rover fan, I live 2 miles from the factory where you’re classic was made. But I opted for the P38 a little more affordable.

Take it to a competent body guy. You have a small kink in the main panel, which you can see about 1/3 of the way between the wheel arch and the joint to the quarter panel. Those quarter panels are all steel, and rust badly in most climates, so good replacements are hard to find - you really don’t want to run the risk of damaging easily repaired panels for the cost of a small fee. Really bad luck. Driving automatics tends to encourage poor habits like not using parking brakes, but do remember that the parking brake on most LRs tends to be a bit soft unless the owner has been very careful with their maintenance.
