Overnight oats are such a great way to make breakfast or a snack quick and easy! If you don't like hot oatmeal this may be the perfect alternative for you! Overnight Oats is also a fibrous meal so it is a win-win! Nurse Farynheight goes over 2 quick and easy overnight oats recipes.
Recipe:
1/2 cup- 1cup Oatmeal
1/2 cup- 1 cup fruit of your choice
1/2 cup- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened is a better choice for less sugar)
1 tbsp Peanut Butter (For extra protein!)
