2 EPIC Days River Fish & Camp | Confronting my fears about camping solo (Musky & Walleye)

Musky, walleye, & smallmouth fishing on a solo mission along the river. I had never done a solo overnight trip before and this one was epic. Camping and shenanigans went hand-in-hand.

I feel a little bad about laughing a 16:00 but it truly made for good video. That exact thing has happens to all of us, my fishing friend. Difference is, you had the chops to show us that even the best local guides can mess up if their head ain't in the game. Two day fishing/camping trips are hard enough but you add the job of recording the entire thing...that's pure passion! Good job!

If you wanna watch a guy that does fantastic Muskie fishing videos with solo camping mixed in, Keyes Outdoors is another guy who’s videography has really gotten good over the years. Your first day included all the mistakes I’d make except when you lost the fish. I’d not have caught it so I couldn’t have dropped it. Nice work I’ve always wanted to do a solo like that and never have. I keep telling myself I’m gonna maybe this is the year for it! Great vid I like it a lot keep up the good work!

Haight, as I listen to my kids playing this Christmas morning and I start watching this video, I have to laugh to myself because I have been having similar thoughts about taking a solo trip. In fact my wife bought me a Backroadz truck tent for a Xmas present per my request. Now I just have to plan the trip.
