I love subway, it can be pricy here in Australia also, depending what add ons you get. Those look delicious Ben, sushi is one of the healthier take out foods, but there are sushi that aren’t so healthy, for eg if you substitute brown rice, and don’t get deep,fried sushi, don’t add all the condiments, then yes it’s quite healthy. You’re going to love Italy

Subway is full of chemicals to keep the food fresh. You should try Mendocino Farms sandwiches if you're ever back in the states. Hormone free and antibiotic free on some of their meats. Also they pick quality farms to source their seasonal items. Even Shake Shack has some hormone and antibiotic free meats. And In n Out sources locally. These three places are TASTY but more intentional in where they choose to source their ingredients

Haha me and my mates did that exact trip! Started in Italy in Milan, hired a car and drove up to Locarno Switzerland and then round back down to Nice, France, ending up back in Italy full circle, hands down by far the best part of the trip is Switzerland, its breathtaking, you need to go up to the mountains, mind blowing views 👌🏽
