Check the condensate pressure switch that actually gives the 24 bolts to the gas valve . More times than not it's that crappy switch that is sticking and not the board . I promise. The company I work for has installed thousands of these furnaces

Brother that drain switch on those Amanas can interrupt 24v too the valve , always something too test on those when diagnosing that issue

I'm on call tonight and I just left a no heat call with the exact same problem as the second furnace you worked on. Board not sending voltage to inducer.

Get the pressure switch hose off the draft inducer

A open roll out switch wouldn't let the inducer come on and normally only runs the blower. It would also show a fault code.
