The first mistake was rolling the stop sign, the second mistake was exiting the vehicle during a traffic stop (there is no such rule as a "Home Base, you can't stop me"), third mistake was refusing to ID. I think the young woman was given ample opportunity to correct those mistakes, but choose the "he'll go away if I'm aggressive enough" strategy. That may work on friends, family or boyfriends, but not on experienced officers who take their jobs seriously enough. People who roll stop signs are deadly accidents waiting to happen. Stop and Give Way (yield) signs are not suggestions, they're there for your safety and that of other road users - please be careful out there.

These two little girls tried to control the traffic stop and then dictate how the officer was going to conduct the traffic stop. Making sexual comments towards the officer, and being flat out disrespectful. The big issue is that the mother of one of the girls was so sweet and so nice.
