My family used to live in Nawlins. Seein Rocky and Carlo's brought back fond memories! Plus, you catching trout, redfish "Convicts" and black drum. It doesn't get any better than that! Well an oyster poboy at Rocky's comes pretty close. Yum!

The Gulf Coast is the greatest place in the world in my biased opinion lol. Ive never had Hog head cheese but here in Alabama we have something that I think is similar called souse meat. My dad ate it a lot when I was a kid and got me started on it. Taste great but doesnt look great lol. As far as Everglades Seasoning the All Purpose gets used on about everything at my house lol.

Why have they shut down the shipping up and down the shipping highway We must somehow reopen the shipping line for the economy to thrive again. Great to see the fishing is getting better but I still wouldn't eat anything from the river because of the pollution issues pollution is why the shipping line was shut down which is wrong with that. Have you seen any criminal activity regarding immigration coming from Mexico's borders the region I have heard that from friends and family members who live in that town, granted, this is primarily a fishing and hunting channel. How does the hog elminatíon program go down in your areas? According to the family, it is getting worse which tells me hunting for huge hogs, should be great how are they on the slow smoker have you had it cooked like that? Sincerely! R.S.V.
