Highly recommend the 12” filetzall. You will be amazed how fast you take the filets off the fish and it does a very clean job. Still come back w the straight edge to remove the skin, but the time saved on the front end is incredible. Under 30 seconds for a 20 pounder

It’s always like that. Growing up most of the men in my family would catch the fish. I started going with them when I was a child. We would catch catfish and crappie and my younger brother and I would clean everything we caught. I used to think sometimes when my back was killing me after cleaning a couple of hundred crappie where was everybody else that was going to eat fish. After three or four days of catching around 200 crappie a day and who knows how many catfish running trot lines all night you start to get a little tired. At least I did but I never backed away from it. Also it was the men that did all the frying under a black walnut tree. The last few fish fries it was all on me. The uncle’s had gotten too old and my brother was off in another state working. I’d give just about anything to go back to my childhood and do it all again sore back and all.
