The lady that Grizzy said with the straw hat her name is actually Hachishakusama the 8 feet woman she is known as an evil spirit Yokai that can mimic any child's parent or anyone that they they live with. She can be encounter at the Inunaki Village she i believe go after kids 12 and younger. In other words she is like Slender Man. I remember what she looked like because I saw this KZbin video of Japanese Legends and it is creepy because even after you leave the village she sometimes she calls poses as a family that still lives or died over there and at the end she makes deep groan man sound saying PO PO PO as if she laughing. And there was a animation of her matching the same speed as the the and there everyone can see her.
