Ooooh, sriracha! Wow, this will done next year for sure. We make our own pizza, dicing those up on the pizza would be excellent. I started a grow of some old Sugar Rush Peach Pepper seeds, about 3 weeks along. They're spicy for sure, but more muted when grown hydroponically indoors. They have a crunchy skin and a citrus flavor. If I recall, they take forever to ripen... but it'll be a long winter. I grant this video a Smash.

Oh pizza, now there's another great idea right there. I'll have to give that a go as well. Sugar Rush Peach Pepper you say... I don't know if I've ever tried those. I'll have to keep my eye open and see if they're as good as they sound. I love peppers indoors, I'd say I'm having the opposite success as far as spicy goes, they seem to be hotter in the house than grown outdoors, strange.

Ive been using Natural Apple Cider Vinigar for canning veg for years now, never had a problem. I find the natural ACV gives a longer crunch life.

Good to know, I hate the taste of apple cider vinegar though, so I'm really reluctant to use it on anything.
