Thank you. “ If you have enough faith, you’ll never get sick” is the same as saying “If you have enough faith, you will live on earth forever” Something has to take our life (illness or accident) unless we fly in the rapture. Genesis 21:22-33 (A Treaty with Abimelech) Genesis 21:22-29 "22 At that time Abimelech and Phicol the commander of his army said to Abraham(😊❤), " God is with you in all that you do. 23 Now therefore swear to me here by God that you will not deal falsely with me or with my descedants or with my posterity, but as I have dealt kindly with you, so you will deal with me and with the land where you have sojourned." 24 And Abraham said, " I will swear." 25 When Abraham(😊❤) reproved Abimelech about a well that Abimelech's servant had seized. 26 Abmelech said, " I do not know who had done this thing; you ( Abraham) did not tell me, and I have not heard of it until today." 27 So Abraham(😊❤) took sheep and oxen and gave them to Abimelech, and the two men made a convenant. 28 Abraham set seven ewe lambs of the flock apart. 29 And Abimelch said to Abraham(😊❤), " What is the meaning of these seven ewe lambs that you have set apart?" In Jesus'name, i pray( John 1:29; Matthew 1:6; John 1:29;John 8:36; John 14:6).Amen Back to Genesis 21:30-34 "30 He(Abraham😊❤) said, " These seven ewes lambs( remembeing of John 1:29 in Christ) you will take from my hand, that this may be a witness for me that i dug this well ( by his grace❤ in Christ)." 31( a) Therefore that place was called Beersheba( " Beersheba" reminds me of Matthew 1:6 in the New Testament under the context of Matthew 1:1-17( The Genealogy of Jesus Christ(Jesus😊1st❤) ) and In Matthew 1:6, my ESV Bible in Christ said, Matthew 1:6 " 6 and Jesse(😊❤) the father of David(😊❤) the king. Thanks Pastor Skip. Verse 13:23 reminds me that even if Israel has to face the world alone in defeating its enemies, it will have victory because of God's "covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob." And that phrase, "he did what was evil in the sight of the Lord". It would be good if the "kings" of this country would reflect on that phrase. Also, I wasn't aware of the miracle in 13:21 - God works in awesome ways! God bless.
