I prayed to God to give me a way to understand what I was reading in the Bible and I came upon this site the next day. I am really understanding and enjoying my studies so much more now. Thank you Pastor Paul for making things so clear to me.

Excellent, eye opening teaching!!! Thank you for speaking of the difference between old and new covenants!!! I’m always hearing or seeing “by His stripes … be healed.” I could never understand why people thought Jesus’ torture would bring about healing; salvation yes, but not healing. Thank you so much for your teachings!! My husband and I appreciate you so very much!!!

It struck me that applying the poultice of figs was an action step of faith and obedience to bring restoration and salvation (physical). The figs weren't the healing agent-- GOD did the work when they submitted to His plan. On a spiritual level, this is exactly how I view baptism. That just kind of clicked in my spirit as Pastor Paul was talking. Thank you so much for the wonderful lessons. Like many others here, coming across this channel was a direct answer to prayer when I needed it most several years ago. God bless your family & ministry!

I don't think people walk out anymore when preachers say what they are not in agreement,no as inthis case, but in lies. We learned how to hear heresies from the pulpit and avoid people calling us bigots

Why would God’s healing today be limited to non-body related healing? Also I believe some of those diagnoses were correct the first time but God intervened.

King Hezekiah was healed when he cried out to God, but he bcame puffed up, n the wrath of God was upon him. N God promised curses to King Hezekiah's descendants. Courts of Heaven...where repentance on behalf our ascendants sins can avert the curses in the blood line by the redemptive word of Jesus Christ on the cross.

A question about the healing under the new and old covenant. I would have thought the transition happened at the Last Supper but in John 9:2 Jesus heals the blind man stating "It was not that this man sinned, or his parents, but that the works of God might be displayed in him." John 9:3. Would this not apply? I could be wrong on many fronts but a thought I was curious about. Thanks!

Hi TM. I am happy to see your question because it is a relevant one in this teaching/preaching session. I don't have an answer to your question to Pastor Paul. But I know and believe Jesus Christ gave believers authority to do many things and these includes to drive out impure spirits, heal every disease and sickness. John 14:12-13.Any believer should stand on all words of Jesus Christ. I love you Pastor Paul and will pray for you on this issue.

God in his mercy has and always will have authority to heal. He has never changed. By the authority of Jesus Christ, when we call on him He mercifully responds. Be it healing, deliverance. He is under no obligation but truly is the same God. He has healed me and so many others. Miracles have not seized. Living! Loving. Jesus is alive

Pastor Paul explained in one of his sermons (I've watched so many I can't remember which one!)... and I'm not saying this right because I have memory issues, but he said something like, "Because we are the Bride of Jesus Christ, we are in his inherited family, which is Jewish. So whether we are Jews or gentiles, all Christians/believers in Jesus, are in his Jewish family. We may not be Hebrew/Israeli, but because of our beliefs in the JewishtHebrew Bible, all believers/ Christians/saints are part of Jesus' church family, and will inherit his Heavenly Kingdom, so we are part of His Jewish family. Therefore we are Christians, but Jews (not necessarily the ethnic group, but the religious group/family (again, I'm not saying it like Pastor Paul said it, so you can go to Calvary Chapel Ontario's website, or email Pastor Paul, and ask questions, and Pastor Paul will get back to you).
