25 years ago i had an opportunity to be part of SJPD. I went through the whole process while working as a security guard. As a security guard at a building where i was at, we had 2 SJPD officers working with us. They were racist, rude and self centered. That experience turned me off so much that i did not accept the position and now i looked back i'm so glad i made that choice.
